Restructuring

I was released yesterday from what was my current job. I was ready to commit to making that my future and well guess what it didn't happen. In what to me was a shady way of releasing me they kept pushing back my meeting with them and when it got to time for the meeting they were telling me sorry.

The meeting was my 3 month evaluation meeting and as far as it looked for me, it would have gone ok if not well. Two days ago they were prepping the benefits package for me. Then at 11am yesterday they had a meeting, then my meeting at 1 came around and they said we are sorry.

The only issue they ever brought up with me EVER was me on facebook. I didnt learn that from every other job I have had, but we all were able to communicate with people online all day. (Maybe i should have just used email). I feel like I was the only one ever caught, my partner is online as was the other person in the office while the owner watched shows on HULU all day. Where did I think facebook would get me then, well not fired or even remotely in trouble. You only do what people above you do. Maybe if i didnt copy my bosses i would have a job today.

Its kind of sick how they also knew what i was prepping for in my life and didnt give me any warning. Such a shame right? Well I need to go back and get my gas money from them and return keys (yep still have those too).

It is such a sick world we live in where people keep leading you forward only to turn around and put a knife in your back.

Cutler

Moving to Broncos country was hard as a Raiders fan(from NY got sh-t there for it too). Well I got lucky this off season the Broncos had drama so I was left alone to sit watch and enjoy. Jay Cutler acting like a two year old when he heard he was close to being traded. Its also funny how his agent pulled the same thing with Favre last year. I hope he doesn't go to the the J.E.T.S. (although just end the season would make more sense). I really want a 2 year old cry baby who wont return phone calls , walks away from his team when he makes mistakes, cries a lot and lives with mom and dad. Why take a risk on that?

Detroit would be perfect for him. he could continue to do his shtick and no one would care. He could buy up half of downtown Detroit and live there by himself with the wild animals that have overrun it. Sorry Jay your drama is my gain. I hope it continues.

Happy Place

Sean Avery the scourge of the NHL namely Gary Bettman once again proved that the refs/NHL have it in for him. Last Night he got pushed shoved interfered and thrown to the ice twice. Of course he got a penalty too. Why would that happen? if it was Cyndi crosby would that happen? the answer is no!
I want to see Crosby get pulled to the ground twice and get a roughing penalty. He wouldnt neither would koivu or malkin or Parise etc... SLoppy Seconds may not have been the most appropriate comment to make but cmon Bettman grow up.
The NHL worries more about Avery then revenue. It is a shame. The NHL will continue to stumble and falter with Gary at the helm. Letting the Islanders move to Kansas and ruin a nother rivalry thats so "smart". He must think he can save it all. I hope he realizes the NHL is sinking under him.
Lets hope that the Avery antics stop. Then the owners get rid of bettman. One can hope
